MEET Dr. Nathan Wiederholt OD

Dr. Wiederholt has been caring for patients in Custer office since July of 2008 and received his Bachelor of Science in Zoology from North Dakota State University in 2004 and his Doctorate of Optometry from Pacific University in 2008. His externship sites included Cass Lake Indian Health Services in Cass Lake Minnesota, Allina Medical Center in Coon Rapids Minnesota, and Hot Springs VA Medical Center in South Dakota. He is a member of the American Optometric Association and South Dakota Optometric Society.

Dr. Wiederholt was born in Fargo North Dakota and raised in Lisbon. He enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, camping, and hiking, and is also an avid sports fan.

Meet the Office Manager/Optician-Mellisa Pullins

Hi I am Mellisa. I was born and raised in Custer. After graduating from high school I moved to Sioux Falls to live the fun and single life. Shortly after moving I met Lewis, the light of my life. I now have two wonderful children. Paige is 9 and Malachi is 5. What a blessing they have been. We moved back to Custer to give them the same small town up bringing that I got. A small town, family orientated up bringing. I started in this office as the receptionist and have now become the office manager. It has all been a fun and interesting experience. I enjoy all areas of this job. The staff and doctor are GREAT and not to mention the patients are outstanding.

I am excited to see all that the future has to offer me here at Premier Family Eyecare.

Meet the Technician-Miranda Boggs

I was raised in Custer where I graduated high school. I love living in the Black Hills because it is like being on vacation every day. I met my husband here and we both knew this was a great place to start a family. We have a 4-year-old daughter who brings joy and excitement to our lives. I enjoy watching movies, camping, riding 4-wheeler, reading, cooking, and all the new experiences I have with my family.

I was excited to re-join the current staff in May of 2008, as the Technician. During my absence of 2 ½ years I stayed home
with my daughter for those very important first years. Now that I am settled in I'm always learning and happy to see familiar faces every year. I believe Dr. Wiederholt is good for the community and I couldn't ask for a better employer.

Meet the Receptionist- Terri Ann Oberle

Hi, I'm Terri. I was born and raised here in Custer where I graduated high school. I joined the practice as the Receptionist in May of 2010. I like to take advantage of additional training and education that's available and I hope to make a long term career here. I really enjoy working with the friendly patients and staff. My fiance Coy and I plan to stay in the area and raise a family. I love being outdoors camping, fishing, riding my horse, 4-wheelering or just simply playing fetch with my dogs.
